Welcome to Wabwino Villas, a family run Residential Association . We offer 3-bedroom and 4- bedroom houses for rent. We are located in the Area 10, Lilongwe, Malawi. We proudly opened our doors in January 2024 after a decade of design and construction. It has been a very difficult road with many construction challenges, not to mention Malawi's recent economic challenges but now all six houses are complete. Thanks to our Directors and our amazing team of service providers, the dream is a reality.

Our journey began with a vision to create something exceptional. Our Motto "There is no place like home" is a reflection of our passion. We meticulously planned every detail, including reforesting more than triple the number of trees we initially removed.

Overcoming challenges such as rain, floods, heat, economic crises, and draught, political instability, our dedicated team of craftsmen, technicians, and contractors have brought Wabwino Villas to life.

We’ve designed our community with elegance and comfort at its core. Our commitment to beauty, aesthetics, and green spaces ensures that every home feels like a serene retreat where you and your family can truly unwind.

John Wadson

Manager

John Wadi is a qualified plumber by profession. Having worked at multiple construction sites, he manages to handle all maintenance work.

He supervises all workers both at the Villas and the construction site. He also, meets house viewers

Mackson Phiri

Head of Security

Mackson Phiri is our longest serving employee, 8 years of service. He has been Head of Security for a while and has watched the project transform to what it is today. Beside his main duties, he has also assisted in several works on the project.

He is in charge of 11 security personnel and ensures all security systems are running smoothly.

Evance Pearson

Head Gardener

Evance Pearson is the Head Gardener. He is new but he has shown his expertise. Having worked with several local florists over the years, he has knowledge on how to manage the flowers.

He has two subordinates who he assigns different tasks daily.
