Navigating My Social Media Journey: Lessons and Insights

I have decided to start a blog. Now, I have intended to do this for a while — it's just that I did not have the energy. From now on, I will be blogging about different topics and experiences. So, buckle up and take a quick trip with a young, inexperienced marketer for a residential community.
I know you do not know me, but what I can tell you is that I am young and not a marketer by profession. Finishing these houses was one heck of a challenge for our family, but finding tenants was another tricky battle. Here are some things I learned over the last year:
1. Just Start
I know it's cliché, but it is true. The only way you will learn and perfect your skills is by jumping into the swimming pool. Hear people's feedback and work on it. Never be disappointed by a lack of response or criticism. Criticism is the only way you can improve your content. Just start — you perfect everything else as you go.
2. Lack of Finance Should Never Be Your Blockade (To an Extent)
Hear me out before you say I'm crazy. Lack of financial muscle is actually beneficial, as it forces you to be creative with what you have. In addition, you learn new things — techniques and platforms that catch people’s attention.
3. Artificial Intelligence Has Revolutionised the Digital Marketing World
AI assists in text development, content ideas, and creative writing — including social media account analysis. Embed AI heavily in your marketing work and it will simplify your life.
4. You Don’t Need to Be a Designer
Usually, when you’re starting out, you don’t have too much on you. Fortunately, many user-friendly platforms have simplified the process — like Canva, Fotor, Snappa, Piktochart, Stencil, RelayThat, Design Wizard, and more.
5. For the Website, I Used Wix
There are many other alternatives like WordPress, but I found Wix to be convenient for me.
So, if you have an idea or want to market your business — just start. You will figure out and perfect everything else along the way.
Good luck in your new week.

This is cool, number 3 is my favorite
Ah it’s so cool how you worked with what little you had but managed to produce something so amazing. It’s definitely inspiring and I’m rooting for you. Can’t wait to see what else you will bring and achieve.
